All of our projects are managed from our home office in Little Rock, AR with a project manager assigned to each project. In order to have a thorough understanding of the project and all that it entails, this person is typically involved in the project from the pre-construction (audit/estimating) process through project closeout. Generally speaking, we try to employ our own field personnel. While we stand by our work 100% of the time, there are unfortunate occasions when a maintenance issue may arise. With that in mind, it is often sensible to perform this work with local, qualified subcontractors in order to deliver prompt and efficient service. Whether our crews consist of our own, in-house personnel, subcontractors, or a hybrid of the two, Innovative Power Solutions will always have a Field Superintendent on site and easily accessible. We have been very fortunate to establish and maintain positive working relationships with various subcontractors across the country, allowing us to meet the most aggressive and demanding schedules. We have one General Superintendent to whom all Field Superintendents and Subcontractors are held accountable.
